1987 G.I. Joe Crystal Ball mint on sealed card MOC Vintage

Here is a 1987 Crystal Ball GI Joe figure, he comes mint on the sealed card,the card has some light wear especially around the peg hole its a little fuzzy as you can see. No dings or dents on the bubble just soem minor scracthing.
